- Names, addresses and contact details of any individual(s) buying a gift voucher

- Any relevant details and notes regarding clients and their bookings taken either through my website contact form or conversations via email, phone, social media platforms or face-to-face interaction.

The data is being collected by Kate Stevenson Creative Photography.

The majority of data is collected directly from you, the client; this may be through my website contact form or conversations via email, phone, social media platforms or face-to-face interaction. 

In the case of a gift voucher being purchased on your behalf, your data (name, address, contact details) may be collected through a third party.

Why is it being collected?

Data is being collected expressly for the purpose of providing you with the service you are considering booking, have booked, or that has been booked on your behalf. The aim is to ensure a positive customer service experience.

I am required by law to collect and store certain information relating to any order you place with Kate Stevenson Creative Photography.

The data collected will only be used by Kate Stevenson Creative Photography and only in direct relation to your enquiry or booking.

How long is the data stored?

Most data collected is stored indefinitely. This allows me to provide a better customer service experience should a client contact me again at some point in the future. Information contained in messages received via my website contact form, email or social media platforms are stored within password protected accounts. 

I am legally obliged to store some data for a minimum amount of time, such as sale order records, payment records, etc.
